If i have the posibility to manage people .first of all , i will meet with them to find out what these are .then i illustrate how their daily tasks and responsabilities align with their values . i take some time to discover their strengths and weaknesses .when i found the negatives attitudes i try to talk with those people and give them my feedback , i try to do all my best to change this attitudes .

I try to leading them by inspiring example , i show my team how important to consider good attitudes . So when i practise this things i increase my ability to help them professionally and accomplish group goals .
